The service

Heuristics generates AI-assisted usability evaluations of designs and websites you submit. Reports are recommendations produced by an automated system and may contain errors; they are not a substitute for user research or professional review.

Your content

You keep all rights to the designs and files you upload. You confirm you have permission to submit them and that they don't contain other people's personal data beyond what is necessary. You grant us the limited right to process this content to provide the service.

Acceptable use

• Don't capture websites you aren't allowed to access or that prohibit automated access.
• Don't attempt to bypass quotas, access other accounts, or probe the service's security.
• Don't submit unlawful content.

Accounts and quotas

Usage limits apply per account and may change. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
